Create a Backside Login Page - Step III
26. Click inside the contentLayer and type Login Form and hit the enter key to create a new paragraph. Click inside Login and change the Format to H1 in the Property Inspector.
27. Click on the second line and then insert Form. Use the following settings in the Property Inspector.

28. Click inside the form and then Insert > Table and use the following settings in the Insert Table window.

29. Type Username: in the top left cell.
30. Type Password: in the left cell of the middle row.
31. Click in the left cell of the bottom row and highlight both cells in that row. Right-click inside the highlighted area and select Table > Merge Cells.
32. Click in the top right hand cell and then Insert > Form Objects > Text Field and use the following settings in the Property Inspector.

33. Click in the right hand cell of the middle row and then Insert > Form Objects > Text Field and use the following settings in the Property Inspector.

34. Click in the bottom row of the table and then Insert > Form Objects > Button and use the following settings in the Property Inspector.

35. While you are still in the bottom row, change the Horz to Center.
36. Click in the top left cell and highlight the top two left hand cells. In the Property Inspector, change Horz to Right. Then click Text > CSS Styles > tblData.
