Create a Virtual Directory - Step II
8. Click Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Internet Services Manager.

9. When the Internet Information Services windows opens click the (+) sign to the left of your computer name (fordwebs-2 in the image below) to expand it.
10. Click on the (+) sign to the left of Default Web Site to expand it. Make sure that the folder you created is listed there. Then right-click on Default Web Site and select New > Virtual Directory.

11. This will open the Virtual Directory Creation Wizard. Click Next.

12. Now you must give the directory an alias. This alias is what you will type after http://localhost to access your web site. Type tutorial in the Alias box of the Virtual Directory Alias window and click Next.

13. Click on the Browse button in the Web Site Content Directory window.
